It's officially November 1st...

and I have signed up for NaBloPoMo once again. I hope I can do this. My time seems to have been compressed once again and I'm not sure how I ever fit all the things into my daily life that I used to do. I am feeling more and more like I am just spinning my wheels. Since the theme is "blogging for blogging's sake", that is just what I am going to do.

I am hoping to put my (way past due) travel blogs up sometime during this month for those of you who have asked or commented about that. I am so far behind and I haven't even begun! LOL

November 1st...I salute you!

Now, let's see if I can make it for the rest of the days, especially since there is another vacation right in the middle.

Wish me luck.

Pictures of the day:

All of these white breasted Mallards are brought to you by the lone white duck pictured below. These are the ducklings that I photographed last spring all grown up. And most of them have this white bib.

November is very, very close.

It's time to dust off the blog. Do you realize how close November is?

Trampoline, The Next Generation.

OMGoodness. Will I ever get back to blogging. Think I'm going to check out the August thing that Tui is doing. In the meantime here are the pics of David and Daelin on the trampoline. I love these pics.

Daelin is just so happy in this pic. He loves his Daddy.

Getting ready to jump.

Looks like he is doing the Tarzan call.

Jumping with Daddy.

Looks like a little elf. So cute!

Running in circles around Daddy.

My sister

Apparently I fell asleep and this blog posted itself somehow. I have no idea. But since it is here I will go ahead and finish it, although I really think I should rename it "The Chicken Bone". The title above was the working title while I wrote it.

I will finish it. I am not sure when. I want to go take a picture, first. Well, if my sister still has the card I want to photograph. In the meantime I am going back to my baking and you will have something to look forward to reading. I hope.

Stay tuned! Really.

I'm starting to get things really caught up around here. There is so much to do and sometimes it is hard to manage my time, but I am working on it day by day. Since I got home from my road trip I have gotten a lot done by just plodding along and doing what I can each day. It's not always easy because now that I am working a "normal" schedule my social life has exploded into a new realm of busy. It's easy on swing shift because one's social life barely exists. I was always on a different schedule than everyone else. I'm having to learn a new balancing act, but so far it seems to be going quite well.
This past week has been pretty busy doing things for others. Tomorrow I have to work because I traded with someone at work that wanted it off. After work I have to go help David and Nikki with something and then hopefully the rest of the week will be mine for a change. My grass is getting pretty high and I need to finish the garage so I can order a dumpster to get rid of all the stuff I've thrown out the window.
I am hoping to start my travel blog soon. If not this week then maybe the next. It would be nice to be able to finish it before I take my next trip in August. I'm sleepy and have a few things I need to go do while online, so I will leave you with a couple of pictures and be on my merry way.

These are both pictures of Bradley Lake in Puyallup. They have a nice park there with a really great set of playground toys, a few picnic tables, a nice covered picnic and general use area and a baseball field. You can walk around the lake which appears to be about a mile or so. Isaac and Trenton had a really good time there last weekend.
