Wordless Wednesday

Random.
I must have been trying my close up feature on my camera. I finally got it right on the last one, but then it's further away. I will work on it more this spring. I like slugs. I find them interesting and not at all repulsive.
I do wish they wouldn't eat my flowers.

Wordless Wednesday, Smiling Faces

This turkey is a montage of all the faces that I took pictures of at our Tuesday Thanksgiving. There were friends, family and a scarecrow in attendance. The individual pictures are below. I forgot to include myself. If you click on it to enlarge it you can see the individual pictures.

Wordless Wednesday, A Time Gone By

Here are some pictures I took of the old grain mill near my house. When I was a teen, they still used this mill daily. The trains backed up and dropped their grain down the chute from the bottom of the grain cars. You should be able to barely see the tracks that run up alongside the building. Eventually the grain was delivered by semi-truck, but still dropped down the chute. This mill made animal feeds. I've always thought it would be a wonderful place for an antique store. Alas, I haven't the funds to make that happen.

Wordless Wednesday
