Happy Easter

My blogs seem to be picture heavy, lately. It could be because I'm spending so much time with my photos lately in an effort to get them organized, labeled, tagged, and edited. It could also be that I'm just feeling a little lazy about writing. If a picture says a thousand words, then I'm doing some pretty long essays here. I will put the short version above each photo.
These are all from when we used to do Easter in California. Oh wait! The first two pics are from up here in Washington.

Gotta love eggs colored by children!

I don't know which expression sums this picture up!

Gotta love the squinty face!

Like any hunter, Jeren is proud of his catch!

Power to the almighty EGG!

Another expression essay. Is she smiling or plotting?
Is the other one frowning or squinting?
Only the hairdresser knows for sure! haha.

Daelin's getting big. (Relatively speaking)

He's still small, but he's getting so big!

Sewing fun.

This dress has ties. How's that? I always wanted to make a "Daisy Kingdom" dress for someone and so I made this one for Rhyan. I love the Daisy Kingdom dresses, but most of them are totally impractical for everyday use. They are so adorable, though, and pretty easy to make. Rhyan did wear this one a couple of times and she loved it. I think she still has it.
Seeing it makes me want to go try another one. Hmmmm...I'll have to think about that.

I made this Daisy Kingdom outfit for Mikaila a few years ago when she was here for the summer. It has ties, too, at the bottom of the pants leg, but I think it's more fun making the dresses.

Gotta run!

I committed to blogging this month every day. I even made my very own badge for it. Today, however, I need to go and have some vermicelli noodles at the Asian Garden Cafe at my work with my parents. They haven't tried that little restaurant in our casino yet and it's my favorite place to get Pho and other really good stuff like the Bun (vermicelli noodle dishes) that I like with the fresh basil. I LOVE fresh basil.
There are supposed to be accent marks over the o in Pho and the u in Bun. Just saying. I'm sure I could change my keyboard to include them, but not in the mood to figure it out right now.

So, in keeping with the theme...

This is the BEST I can do today! LOL.

How about a picture?

This is my grandson stealing all the dice from the Farkle game and stuffing them in his pockets. When his mom asked him what he was doing, he said, "These are mine!"
Later he took them out and used them as building blocks. LOL.
Crazy kid!
