A Squirrel and Two Kids at the Gate.

My daughter came out for a visit this summer and I finally got to meet my granddaughter, Darby. It was nice to see my daughter and Mikaila, too. Mikaila has grown up so much! While Mik and her mom went to their friend's wedding, I had Darby. I also happened to be babysitting for Daelin and Aria. Daelin and Darby got along so well and had sooooooooo much fun! It was a very enjoyable day. Daelin just loved his litle cousin. When they came by to say goodbye to us on their last day here, he was so excited to see Darby that he was trying to do cartwheels, tumbling all over the room and giggling. It was adorable. I wish I had thought to take a video of it. Instead here are some funny pics of them at the gate, waiting for me as I went outside for a quick minute to take some pictures of a squirrel

The squirrel.

The kids at the gate.
Darby approaching, Daelin tasting.

Darby seeing if there is a way out, Daelin still tasting.

Darby tasting, Daelin watching the squirrel.

Open wide!

Tasting the other part. Daelin playing peek-a-boo.

Darby giving the side glance. Daeling complaining because it won't open.

Daelin was working so hard to impress Darby.
Here he is showing off his mad basketball skills, with a book
standing in for the basketball.
LOL

Love the pictures of the kids. Is Darby a boy or girl. It is hard to tell from the pictures and the name would suit either.

Thanks, Sue. Darby is my granddaughter from Maryland. She has an Irish first name and an Italian middle name. Darby Lucia.
